This place was BEAUTIFUL! I only have glowing things to say about it. This place was the nicest, cleanest place we stayed on our whole European trip at airbnbs. You need to take a taxi or bus to get to it, maybe 2 miles or so away, but steep terrain. There is a bus stop right in front of it, and easy to navigate the two bus lines in Zermatt. There is one of the main gondolas located very nearby--maybe 1/2 mile or less. The beds were comfortable, nice big shower/bath, check in was easy with help of host Marilyn. We had a group of 12 so had the upstairs and downstairs. Both were spotless and beautiful, with all the amenities in the kitchen like coffee, microwave, etc... Would definitely recommend this place and hope to return some day!

We loved the stay at chalet Ulysse! The chalet is conveniently located: near the bus stop, playground, small grocery store; close to the rental of sports equipment and lifts; also on foot you can walk to the center of the town. The chalet has everything for a comfortable stay: two cozy residential floors, a fireplace, in the basement there is an excellent seating area with a sauna, a storage room for sports equipment with a drying cabinet, and a household area with a dryer and a washing machine. Everywhere is very clean and comfortable. The chalet manager Ed is very welcoming and attentive. The meeting was excellent: Ed showed us everything and told us, he reserved us tables in restaurants beforehand, for our arrival ski passes were prepared, classes with an instructor were ordered for our child. We spent a wonderful week in Zermatt, enjoying beautiful views, cozy accommodation, excellent ski slopes, excellent SPA, cordiality and hospitality. Thank you very much to chalet manager Ed and his family! We recommend everyone for relax!

We had a great time in this wonderful chalet. The equipment are outstanding and the beds as comfortable as 5 stars hotels! The chalet is only 5-7 minutes aways by walk from the skiing station. A bus (red line) stops right in front of the chalet and links directly with the railway station. The host was very reactive and replied very fast to all our questions. Most appreciated!

Thank you for the fantastic stay over Christmas holidays! The host was very accommodating, went out of their way to collect our grocery delivery for us on the morning of our arrival, and the sauna was great! They also answered all our questions promptly. Would definitely recommend and be happy to come back!

Das Chalet Ulysse ist ruhig und wunderbar oberhalb des Zentrums von Zermatt gelegen mit fantastischem Blick auf das Matterhorn. Es bietet jeglichen Komfort, ist sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet.

Nous avons passé un magnifique week-end avec mes amis dans le chalet de Maryline! Le cadre est splendide et le chalet très bien situé ! Les chambres sont parfaites et la literie encore mieux que dans un hôtel 5 étoiles! Malheureusement nous n’avons pas pu utiliser le spa à cause du COVID-19. Je recommande et vais sûrement y retourner avec des amis!
